Experience model updates & SENMENTI at the INTERMOT in Cologne

HORWIN presents EK and SK model updates at the INTERMOT in Cologne and launches new SENMENTI series.

The electric two-wheeler manufacturer HORWIN is expanding its portfolio with four facelift models from the EK and SK series. It is also working flat out on the market launch of the new SENMENTI 0. The new models will be presented to the general public at the INTERMOT motorcycle trade fair. It will take place in Cologne from December 5 to 8, 2024. HORWIN will be represented there in Hall 8 at Stand B36-C39. The European HORWIN sales partners were among the first to learn about the plans for the coming year. They had traveled to Paris from a total of 16 countries for the big HORWIN importers event on 18 and 19 October 2024. What’s new? The facelift models EK1 Pro, EK3 Plus, SK1 Pro and SK3 Plus will be more colorful and will be launched on the market from spring 2025, some with two-tone paintwork and a new type of display. Another new feature is an app that displays all key vehicle data such as battery charge level, range, location and route traveled. The GPS location tracking also enables a highly efficient theft warning system. Remote start/stop control for the respective vehicle is also possible via the app. The L3e models EK3 Plus and SK3 Plus also have an ABS braking system. More optional accessories will be available for all models in future. In addition to windscreens and top cases, these include racks at the front, rear and sides to cover additional storage requirements.

SENMENTI 0 is equipped with “artificial intelligence”

The announced high-performance electric motorcycle SENMENTI 0 will also be available at dealerships from spring 2025. HORWIN has developed the “Horizon” computer platform for this first model of its new two-wheeler generation, which uses “artificial intelligence” to continuously optimize and learn all systems. The built-in radar sensor and several cameras collect information in real time. This gives the vehicle features that we are otherwise only familiar with from ultra-modern cars. The SENMENTI 0 is equipped with ABS (anti-lock braking system), TCS (traction control system), tire pressure sensors, collision warning system, ACC (adaptive cruise control), lane departure warning and automatic high and low beam. Hill start and reverse assist, four different driving modes, keyless go function and heated seats and handles increase safety and driving comfort. The information on the 9-inch display is clearly visible even in the rain thanks to polarization technology. The touch screen responds precisely even when wearing gloves. The high-performance electric motorcycle achieves a top speed of up to 200 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just approx. 3.X seconds. The maximum range is an impressive 300 km. Thanks to the DC fast-charging function, the vehicle can charge its battery from 0 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes at any electric car fast-charging station (400 V). With a charging process of 12 minutes, the range is 100 km.
