As a retailer, we are obliged to inform our customers of the Battery Ordinance in connection with the sale of batteries: The Battery Ordinance obliges all citizens to dispose of used batteries and rechargeable batteries exclusively via the trade or the collection points specially set up for this purpose (statutory obligation to return). Please dispose of all batteries as prescribed by law. Disposal in household waste is expressly prohibited. You can dispose of batteries and rechargeable batteries free of charge at municipal collection points or in local shops. Batteries or rechargeable batteries purchased from us can be returned to us free of charge after use for proper disposal. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin.
